Many rental car agencies in the area offer electric vehicles, including the sleek Tesla models. As part of our dedication to green initiatives, we extend an invitation to our guests to charge their EVs for free during their stay. Tesla vehicles bring your Tesla adapter.Vacation in style at the "Turuqoise House West!" This 5 Bedroom, 3 Bath Home was recently remodeled and is the perfect getaway for 2 families traveling together or bringing the Grandparents along on your Vacation to Scottsdale, Arizona. The 2 Master suites are situated on opposite sides of the house, with an open Kitchen, spacious living room, and 3 bedrooms in the center of the home. The Backyard has an expansive patio, swimming pool, 2 beautiful putting greens and plenty of shade provided by a Turquoise Pergola and umbrellas. A Weber Propane BBQ is provided as well Lounge Chairs, outside dining area, and a Cornhole Game.
Inside the home you will find 2 sets of washers and dryers, private garage, 4K TV's in each bedroom (2x65", 3x55"), and a 75" 4K TV in the spacious living room. The kitchen is outfitted with Henkel Knives, a Keurig coffee maker, a 12 cup Cuisinart coffee maker, rice maker, ninja blender, kettle, instapot, and everything you need to cook a large meal for a large family or 2!
The Turquoise House West is located 3 miles from Kierland Commons and the Scottsdale Quarter, shopping, restaurants, Spring Training, Barrett Jackson, PGA Golf, Mayo Clinic and so much More!
